BASIC INFORMATION:

The course is prepaired for all beginners who have no experience with paddleboarding. The course is suitable for all age groups. You´ll learn easily and quickly the movement on the water under the supervision of an experienced instructor.

- warm up stretching before course

- safety rules theory

- paddling theory 

- practice on water with instructor

Course takes 2 hours 

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU?

- spare sports wear: shorts, t-shirs (neopren, neopren shoes if you have your own)

- towel, suncream, sunglasses

- drink, snack

Calm part of Vltava river called,,Small River,, is located on Prague 6 in Stromovka

HOW TO GET THERE:

By car from PRGUE EXHIBITION HOLEŠOVICE to spor club Olymp Praha. You can park your car next to Small River on parking place.

By public transport. The nearest public transport is Bus nr. 131. Bus stop : Goethe. Than is 10min walk throught park, or we can pick you up there.

COURSE INCLUDE:

- Complete equipment for SUP (paddleboard, paddle, leash)

- Complete water sports equipment as needed (vest, helmet, neoprene short)

- Picture and video documentation from the course.

- 2 hour lesson with insrtuctor.
