BASIC INFORMATION:

The course is prepaired for all beginners who have no experience with paddleboarding. The course is suitable for all age groups. You´ll learn easily and quickly the movement on the water under the supervision of an experienced instructor. You will learn how to paddle, various turn arounds and finally enjoy a short trip overlooking the center of Prague from the water :)
 

CONTENT OF THE COURSE:

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU?

- spare sports wear: shorts, t-shirs (neopren, neopren shoes if you have your own)

- towel, suncream, sunglasses

HOW TO GET THERE:

By car - Easily arrives at a meeting point where you can park during the course.

On foot - The nearest public transport connection is the ferry stop ,, Císařská louka ,,. Just get in the center on a small boat in the station "Výtoň". For sure, ask the captain of the boat if he's going to the ,,Císařská louka,,. The link to the ferry connection can be found HERE.

COURSE INCLUDE:

- Complete equipment for SUP (paddleboard, paddle, leash)

- Complete water sports equipment as needed (vest, helmet, neoprene short)

- Picture and video documentation from the course.

- 2 hour lesson with insrtuctor.

DATES OF COURSES

We organize courses every day from April to September in appropriate weather. Starting at 9:00 am and paddling until sunset, you can easily choose a date that suits you. Do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange a course date together.
