Basic SUP courses on Fuerteventura

Summer is over and you want to stay on water? Do you want to enjoy a holiday in the Canary Islands and learn how to stand up paddleboard? You can join new SUP-TRIP.CZ courses on Fuerteventura! We have prepared basic stand up paddle course for beginners on flat water and a wave course for advanced riders.

BASIC INFORMATION:

Our basic flat water stand up paddleboarding course is prepaired for all beginners who have no experience with SUP. The course aims to teach you all the basics you need to be able to continue safely paddle boarding alone on the flat water. The SUP course is also necessary to prepare all of you enthusiasts who want to continue with advanced wave course. We recommend at least 2 lessons on flat water, before you take first course in the waves. The course is suitable for all age groups and perfect fun on water for whole family. You´ll learn easily and quickly all the movements on the water, under the supervision of an experienced instructor. Courses are conducted in czech, english, german, dutch.

CONTENT OF THE COURSE:

- setup of equipment

- safety rules about tides, current and wind.

- paddling theory and position on board

- practice on the water with instructor

- little sup trip in Corralejo bay

Course takes 2 hours

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU?

- spare sports wear: shorts, t-shirs (neopren, neopren shoes if you have your own)

- towel, suncream, water

HOW TO GET THERE:

Course include transfer from any hotel in Corralejo, so we can pick you from the comfort of your accomodation.

By car from El Cotillo, Puerto del Rosario: Drive to the center until you will get on the main streat heading to the centre. Than turn right to Barcelo hotel. Straight after barcelo hotel turn left to Galera beach.

By foot: You can easily walk from centre along the seaside to Waikiki beach and than continue to Galera beach.
